Description of Service

Whispia is a mobile application that allows parents and guardians to send personalized magical character messages and digital gift cards to children for holidays and milestone occasions. Messages are delivered via SMS or in-app.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from Whispia. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Whispia is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue please contact support@whispia.org within 48 hours.

Acceptable Use

Whispia is intended for use by parents and guardians to send messages to their own children. You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
